What this covers
Door-to-door is where forwarding usually breaks: pickup is one company, the main leg another, customs a third, and the final truck a fourth. We own the whole chain and quote it as one number.
That number includes origin handling, freight, terminal charges, customs entry and final delivery. If a cost we did not quote appears, it is ours to absorb, not yours to argue about.
